SEATTLE, WA (March 3, 2003) – McKinstry/essention, Inc., a Seattle-based application service provider of property and facility management solutions, today announced that it has been selected as one of only nine “Pike’s Picks” for the upcoming PikeNet Forum event, set for April 2-3 in Chicago.

The PikeNet Forum is recognized as the premier biannual event and meeting place for real estate professionals to engage on issues of management, marketing, and information, and who face common challenges with execution and adoption of technology. The Forum includes a comprehensive two-day program featuring speakers from leading real estate companies and service providers.

Only a select group of companies are chosen each year to present at the PikeNet Forum as Pike’s Picks. This event marks the second time that McKinstry/essention has been recognized as a leader in its service area of Web-based property and facility management solutions and asked to participate in the program. The intent of the Pike's Picks segment is to offer intensive exposure to a host of new and leading service offerings and technology solutions.
